چکیده
The 90 degrees (1H) pulse length can be determined in a single scan using a simple homo-gated decoupling/nutation experiment. We show that the method is fast, accurate and readily amenable to automation.

Rapid high-resolution four-dimensional NMR spectroscopy using the filter diagonalization method and its advantages for detailed structural elucidation of oligosaccharides.
Four-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy with high resolution of signals in the indirect dimensions is reported as an implementation of the filter diagonalization method (FDM). Using an oligosaccharide derivatized with 13C-labeled acetyl isotags, a four-dimensional constant-time pulse sequence was tailored for conjoint use with the FDM. Results demonstrate that high resolution i...
متن کاملExtending the Radar Dynamic Range using Adaptive Pulse Compression
The matched filter in the radar receiver is only adapted to the transmitted signal version and its output will be wasted due to non-matching with the received signal from the environment. The sidelobes amplitude of the matched filter output in pulse compression radars are dependent on the transmitted coded waveforms that extended as much as the length of the code on both sides of the target loc...

Simultaneous analysis of explosives to identify, determine the purity and eliminate environmental pollution requires rapid, simple and cheap methods. Spectrophotometries method (UV-Vis), high-field proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), Raman spectroscopy and near infrared (NIR) are common methods that are applicable in two ways of direct and indirect in simultaneous analysis. In this poin...
متن کاملRapid and accurate structure determination of coiled-coil domains using NMR dipolar couplings: Application to cGMP-dependent protein kinase Ia
Coiled-coil motifs play essential roles in protein assembly and molecular recognition, and are therefore the targets of many ongoing structural and functional studies. However, owing to the dynamic nature of many of the smaller coiled-coil domains, crystallization for X-ray studies is very challenging. Determination of elongated structures using standard NMR approaches is inefficient and usuall...
متن کاملDe novo determination of protein backbone structure from residual dipolar couplings using Rosetta.
As genome-sequencing projects rapidly increase the database of protein sequences, the gap between known sequences and known structures continues to grow exponentially, increasing the demand to accelerate structure determination methods. Residual dipolar couplings (RDCs) are an attractive source of experimental restraints for NMR structure determination, particularly rapid, high-throughput metho...
